One book supplied with the course, additional Training books can be obtained for purchase cost of $100, training slides may be obtained for $100.
Make Payments to Del Younker (Value Consulting) 14 days in advance of the workshop. Payments received 30 days in advance of the workshop that attendee has pre-registered for can receive a 5% discount. A Discount can be obtained for multiple attendees from the same firm or agency. A 10% discount can be obtained after first earned certificate/course from Value Consulting. Attendees are encouraged to bring a small project to use during the training courses. It is helpful if the attendee bring their own portable computer complete with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio programs-provided by them.
Cancellations will receive refund less $50 or a full refund if registering for another Value Consulting advertised course. The instructor reserves the right to move the course at no cost to attendee due to uncontrollable circumstances.
